Three workouts to find the top 5 teams and a final workout to crown the top 3 .

Workouts will be posted weekly, 4 weeks before the competition.

Final workout will NOT be revealed until the top 5 team are found.

Registration ends November 2nd – LIMITED AMOUNT OF TEAMS. 

Each entrant must purchase their half of the team in order to receive and complete their waviers

10 Minute AMRAP

RX

Partner 1:

Assault Bike Calories

Partner 2:

15 Chest to Bar Pull-ups (C2B) RX

10 Ground to Overhead (G2OH) (155/105) RX

Assault Bike Calories

Partner 2:

15 Pull-Ups

10 Ground to Overhead (95/65) 

Partner 1 must be on assault bike while partner 2 is working. Partner 2 completes 1 round of C2B and G2OH. When Partner 2 finishes their round of 15 and 10 on Chest to bar and Ground to overhead, partners switch places. This continues until 10 minute AMRAP time is called.  Same holds true for Scaled Division for Pull-ups and G2OH. 

Standards: A competitor must be on the assault bike and moving before the other partner can start their round of C2B and G2OH for RX (Pull-ups and G2OH for scaled).  

For RX:

Chest to Bar Pull-ups: competitor must touch chest to bar in order for the rep to count. Butterfly, kipping and strict pull ups are all acceptable.

For G2OH: Bar starts from the ground and ends at full hip extension and arm lock out overhead.  

For Scaled:

Pull-ups: Competitor must get chin over bar for rep to count. Butterfly, Kipping and strict are all acceptable. 

For G2OH: Bar starts from the ground and ends at full hip extension and arm lock out overhead.

 

Scoring: Assault bike calories and Rounds and Reps for C2B and G2OH RX and Pull-ups and G2OH scaled, for total points. In the event that the top teams have the same score, the Assault Bike Calories will be the tie breaker on this event.

Unbroken Double Unders

Overhead Squats 95/65

Time begins and Partner 1 must complete all 50 Double Unders unbroken before Partner 2 can start Overhead squats.  Squats to be broken up evenly between partners until the rep scheme is finished for each round. Then partner 2 starts 40 Unbroken Double Unders. Once finished Partner 1 can start Overhead Squats and split evenly with Partner 2. The chipper continues until reps are finished for time, or time is called.

For Time:

50-40-30-20-10

Unbroken Single Unders

Overhead Squats 75/55

Time begins and Partner #1 must complete all 50 Unbroken Single Unders before Partner 2 can start Overhead Squats.  Overhead Squats are to be broken up evenly, between partners until the rep scheme is finished for that round. Then Partner 2 starts 40 Unbroken Single Unders. Once Partner 2 finishes Single Unders Partner 1 can start Overhead Squats just like the round of 50 reps, split evenly.  The chipper continues until reps are finished for time or time is called. 

 

All Overhead Squats to be broken up evenly. Partners swap each new round for Double Unders unbroken or single unders unbroken.

Arm must be locked out during the rep completion for Overhead Squats

Must break 90 degree hip crease on the Overhead Squats for rep to count. 

 

WORKOUT #3 TAIL PIPE!

12 MINUTE EMOM

RX – Both partners start with 3 HSPU and every minute on the minute. Together. 

Partner 1 – Max Ski calories while  partner 2 holds double kettlebell front rack.  Switch positions after HSPU on the minute. 

Partner on Skier cannot start until other partner has kettlebells in front rack. If kettlebells come out of front rack, skiing partner must stop skiing. 

Weight for kettlebells – 53/35

Scoring is max calories. 

Scaled –

Both partners start with 3 Burpees and every minute on the minute. Together. 

Partner 1 – Max Ski calories while  partner 2 holds double kettlebell front rack.  Switch positions after Burpees on the minute. 

Partner on Skier cannot start until other partner has kettlebells in front rack. If kettlebells come out of front rack, skiing partner must stop skiing. 

Weight for kettlebells – 44/26

Scoring is max calories.
